Reporting an error

If something on the site is wrong, the corrections page explains what to include so we can fix it quickly.

What we can't help with

  • Advice on your own return. We can't review your situation. A CPA or enrolled agent can; the IRS Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers lists credentialed ones.
  • A missing or wrong W-2G. Contact the casino, sportsbook or lottery that paid you. Only the payer can correct it.
  • State tax questions or notices. Contact that state's department of revenue.
  • Problem gambling. Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
